2. Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in production or shipped.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Custom Orders

4. Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
- Approved refunds or replacements will be issued promptly.

- We currently ship only whitin the United States.
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, though processing times may take longer during peak seasons.
- Shipping costs are $ 4.69 for the first item and $ 2.20 for each additional item. These fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 5-8 business days.
