Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.

Once we verify the issue, we'll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
